By using Earth Live you agree to these terms. Please read the safety disclaimer carefully.
Earth Live is an interactive visualization of publicly available planetary data (earthquakes, natural events, storms, weather and the ISS), operated by Filip Slovenec, Zagreb, Croatia.
Earth Live is provided for information and educational purposes only. It visualizes third-party data that may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and it makes estimates (for example, earthquake energy or felt-radius) that are not official assessments. Do not rely on Earth Live for emergency, safety, navigation, insurance or any critical decision. Always follow official sources — your national geological survey, meteorological service, and emergency authorities.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and don't impersonate others.
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, no scraping at scale, no reverse-engineering, and no unlawful use.
Data is provided by USGS, NASA, NOAA, Open-Meteo and others, subject to their own terms. Earth Live is not affiliated with or endorsed by these agencies; we simply display their public data with attribution.
The Earth Live name, design and software are owned by the operator. The underlying public data belongs to its respective providers.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, Earth Live or the data it displays.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union.
